OnSSI Headlines Las Vegas with Breakthrough VMS Technologies and Expansive Partnership Network

OnSSI Headlines Las Vegas with Breakthrough VMS Technologies and Expansive Partnership NetworkOnSSI continues to demonstrate technological innovation and continued growth with an impressive showing of breakthrough VMS solutions, centered around its flagship Ocularis video security and surveillance platform. Building on their highly-renowned and expanding R&D and product development capabilities, OnSSI also continues to increase the industry’s most expansive technology partnership network, with eleven partners demonstrating an array of solutions in OnSSI’s exhibit here at ISC West 2013.

OnSSI’s newly released Ocularis 3.6 provides a new Alert Manager utility and new automation tools to ensure that the right personnel immediately know where and when an event relevant to them occurs, with a comprehensive toolset for handling and investigating the alerted event. Adding further value and convenience, Ocularis 3.6 provides the flexibility to deactivate an Ocularis Base installation and then activate a new installation on a different server easily and instantly using the same license. This feature greatly simplifies and expedites hardware upgrades and migrations, with minimal to no downtime.

Ocularis-X is a new video delivery and control solution for mobile and web access from OnSSI. The Ocularis-X platform is available in two configurations: Ocularis-X Mobile for mobile devices and Ocularis-X Web for browser-based operation. Utilizing OnSSI’s innovative High Definition Interactive Streaming (HDIS) Technology, Ocularis-X enables full motion playback of up to 16 HD video streams at their original frame rate with full control over each camera for playback and digital zooming over limited bandwidth networks (3G/4G, broadband and Internet). To the user, the look and feel is the same as OnSSI’s award-winning Ocularis Client.

In addition to impressive demonstrations of Ocularis 3.6 VMS and Ocularis-X mobile and web solutions, OnSSI’s technology partners will be present in their booth at the ISC West Show this week. The extensive and continually growing technology partner network will further expand the functionality of OnSSI’s market leading Ocularis VMS solution and contribute to the company’s development of innovative new products.
