Micro Key Solutions Expands Staff across Multiple Departments

Micro Key Solutions has always put a strong emphasis on delivering superior software to the security alarm industry; this same focus is applied to their staff. Over the past few months, Micro Key has made some vital additions to their team across multiple departments.

“At Micro Key, we always strive to invest in the best talent and right people, so that we can continue to produce a first-class product,” commented Micro Key Chief Operating Officer, Joe Ligouri.

Three of the company’s most important departments saw recent growth, including Programming, Implementation and Technical Support.

Amy joined the company from current Micro Key customer, Atlas Security. She is has over 11 years of industry experience, previously working as an operator, data entry manger, product trainer as well as a central station manager. This experience from numerous positions within the industry provides Amy with a unique perspective that other trainers may not have.

Micro Key Solutions Expands Staff across Multiple DepartmentsErnesto Rodriguez, the newest addition to programming, brings 19 years of Delphi programming experience. He has over 15 years of specific experience with developing financial and accounting software. He will play a large role in the Millennium Management (accounting/service) product line.

 

 

The Micro Key Support Central department adds another team member, Omar Garcia. Omar brings 13 years Micro Key Solutions Expands Staff across Multiple Departmentsof technical support experience to Central Station support tier group.

Micro Key has the largest staff among their competitors and continues to expand their team. This will allow them to better serve their growing customer base and continue to make their mark on the security alarm industry.
