The United States Army, Marine Corps, Navy and Coast Guard are among the many Eid Passport customers implementing the company’s identity management solutions to enroll more than 50,000 vendor companies and vet more than 600,000 vendor personnel. With more than 10 years of experience filling critical DoD and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) security needs, Eid Passport has established itself as a trusted ally in protecting organizations in a number of sectors.

“It is our belief that identity matters,” said Steve Larson, Eid Passport chairman and CEO. “We continually upgrade our RAPIDGate Program to ensure our solutions and services meet the ever-changing demands of our customers. This past year’s exciting growth not only illustrates our value to military and government environments, but also showcases our experience and strong product foundation for natural expansion in the commercial, state government and international markets.”

In fact, the U.S. Navy recently awarded a contract to Eid Passport, Inc. to provide credentialing support for the Navy Commercial Access Control System (NCACS).

Eid Passport is a Navy-certified commercial credentialing source for NCACS.  This new contract will further integrate Eid Passport’s technology into NCACS, resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness for issuing credentials to vendors, suppliers and service providers who seek entry to Navy facilities, while also improving security at Navy facilities, enclaves and installations.

“We look forward to this expanded relationship with the U.S. Navy, one of our most important customers,” said Larson. “The RAPIDGate Program provides a level of identity assurance and verification that strengthens security at the Navy’s many facilities, and is highly successful and cost effective.”

In October, Eid Passport launched its RAPIDGate-Premier Program, featuring high-assurance Personal Identity Verification-Interoperable (PIV-I) credentials. Eid Passport also recently achieved cross-certification with the Federal Bridge Certification Authority (FBCA) as a PIV-I issuer and now operates as a Level 4 provider – the highest identity assurance level possible. Eid Passport is a Department of Defense (DoD)-approved external public key infrastructure (PKI) provider. PKI is an essential component of secure information sharing between federal agencies and their partners within the federal government and industry.
