System Upgrades Deliver More Convenience to Monitronics Dealers

To ensure a smooth transition for incoming Security Networks dealer affiliates and improve processes for all its dealers, Monitronics has launched several updates to its Dealer Portal – the central hub for Monitronics dealers that gives them real-time control over information and activity essential to their businesses.

Monitronics has added new functionality to the Dealer Portal that includes:

  • Credit Portal Integration: Streamlining the existing credit portal so dealers can run credit in the same place they perform other customer account functions.
  • Cell Registration: Dealers can register interactive services accounts in one easy-to-use system.
  • Dealer Profile: A new Custom Settings option to the existing Profile section lets dealers create custom drop-down lists and set default options.
  • Custom Packages: Dealers also can build custom packages within the Custom Settings option.

"As part of the transition, we've streamlined some systems that our new dealers from Security Networks feel comfortable with," said Bruce Mungiguerra, Monitronics' Vice President Operations. "At the same time, we're working to upgrade the overall user experience for all our dealers in their daily operations. It's a best-of-both-worlds solution for everybody moving forward."
