IC Realtime, an innovator of advanced video surveillance technology, has implemented a 10-year product warranty and lifetime, 7 days/week technical support.

IC Realtime Implements 10 Year Product Warranty and Lifetime Support According to CEO Matt Sailor, “From day one, IC Realtime’s mission has been to equip its dealers with complete end-to-end systems solutions - from high-performing, quality-built solutions to our ability to natively integrate with the many leading control systems in the channels today, to the best technical team in the channel. IC Realtime is in it for the long haul with our dealers.”

The 10-year warranty applies to IC Realtime products that are sold as of March 1, 2014. Products covered under the program include surveillance cameras, digital video recorders and network video recorders.
