Samsung Launches New Eco Partner Website

Following the successful launch of the Samsung Techwin Eco Partner Program (STEP) at ISC West 2014, Samsung Techwin is globally launching a new partner website to help enrolled partners reap the full benefits of the program.Samsung Launches New Eco Partner Website

The newly launched partner website provides STEP members with access to the most recent Samsung price lists, data sheets, demo videos, catalogs and other marketing materials. The new site also provides access to Samsung’s comprehensive training programs and assets including the Samsung IP Institute (SIPI), webinars, road shows and how-to videos. STEP Partners will also be able to submit project registration requests directly from the STEP website.

“We designed STEP to make it easier for our partners to do business with Samsung, and this new website is designed to do just that,” said Janet Fenner, senior marketing group manager, North America, Samsung Techwin America. “The new portal will also enable program members to take advantage of all the benefits that STEP offers along with the highest levels of pre- and post-sales support.”

Additional benefits provided through the new STEP program offers integrator members project registration pricing and dedicated sales support to help them grow their businesses.

STEP consists of five partner types:

  • Channel Partner for systems integrators, installers and resellers;
  • Technology Partner for hardware vendors;
  • A&E Partner for architectural and engineering consultants;
  • Application Partner for application developers and third-party software; and
  • Client for end users.

Channel Partners, Technology Partners and Application Partners may be eligible for different levels within those partnership types.
