Costar Video Systems Unveils Website Redesign

Costar Video Systems, a provider of video surveillance solutions, has upgraded the company website in a complete redesign.

The new website is designed to offer a more intuitive navigation and features a responsive design that is optimized for mobile and tablet devices. This allows the website to resize to different screen sizes, regardless of device and to deliver the same user experience across any platform.

“After seeing consistent increases of mobile and tablet traffic, we decided it was time for an upgrade,” said Kyndall Pritchett, Costar Video Systems’ marketing manager. “Mobile optimization gives us the opportunity to turn our website into a resource tool for system integrators and technicians in the field.”

The new website offers the latest information on Costar including press releases, upcoming events and tradeshows, and online and classroom training schedules. The website offers a wealth of downloadable information and tools to improve the customer experience.

Under the “Resources” tab, customers will have access to storage calculators, record rate comparisons, and other free tools to help with product quotes and installations. This tab will also host the Training Schedule for both online and classroom trainings scheduled throughout the year. Customers will have an opportunity to register online for online webinars and classroom trainings.

Under the “Support” tab, customers will have access to an array of technical support options including a support blog, support videos, and frequently asked questions. The “Downloads” tab will provide customers with latest firmware, specification sheets, and user manuals for Costar products.
