ZKAccess, a provider of biometric and RFID security solutions, is pleased to announce it has entered into a distribution partnership agreement with Accu-Tech, a national distributor of security, commercial A/V, DAS, voice & data products and cabling.

"We are very proud to partner with Accu-Tech," stated Larry Reed, CEO, ZKAccess. "Their broad distribution network and focus on complete system solutions will enhance our position in the market and strengthen our reach across North America. I’m especially impressed with Accu-Tech’s nationwide expert team of Regional Security Specialists (RSS’s).  These guys are no ‘box-pushers.’ Accu-Tech’s RSS team provides real life security solutions, and often leverage both our traditional RFID technology, as well as our advanced biometrics. Accu-Tech can do it all, and we’re glad to play a part in their growing success."

The ZKAccess product suite is diverse and spans access control readers and panels, facial recognition, IP and AHD cameras, elevator/floor access controllers, turnstiles, and consumer products including fingerprint-based, battery-operated biometric door locks.

"We are pleased to carry the full line of ZKAccess products,” added Joe Essma, director of security solutions at Accu-Tech. "Their solutions are innovative yet affordable and are an ideal addition to our security products line card."

Snap One has announced its popular Luma x20 family of surveillance products now offers even greater security and privacy for home and business owners across the globe by giving them full control over integrators’ system access to view live and recorded video. According to Snap One Product Manager Derek Webb, the new “customer handoff” feature provides enhanced user control after initial installation, allowing the owners to have total privacy while also making it easy to reinstate integrator access when maintenance or assistance is required. This new feature is now available to all Luma x20 users globally. “The Luma x20 family of surveillance solutions provides excellent image and audio capture, and with the new customer handoff feature, it now offers absolute privacy for camera feeds and recordings,” Webb said. “With notifications and integrator access controlled through the powerful OvrC remote system management platform, it’s easy for integrators to give their clients full control of their footage and then to get temporary access from the client for any troubleshooting needs.”
