SureView Systems Creates Certified Center Designation for Best-in-class Partners

SureView Systems announced the creation of the SureView Central Station Certified Center designation for best-in-class partners.

The Certified Center designation allows qualifying SureView partners to identify themselves as having met all of the requirements to become a Certified Center, including the certification of all staff in SureView’s new Central Station Training Program. Additionally, the certification requires that the partner meets or exceeds all published minimum standards for the Immix cloud software, meets or exceeds the minimum backup and disaster recovery requirements, and meets infrastructure requirements, including generator backup and secure access to the monitoring center floor, to name a few.

“This unique certification is given to partners that have demonstrated that they are a truly integrated security solutions provider and have standardized our Immix platform as their video and security event management foundation,” said Chris Brown, director of central stations, SureView Systems. “The Certified Center designation is a way for best-in-class partners to differentiate themselves from other security companies and show their dedication to a high-level of training for their employees, and meeting all levels of performance and execution. These partners also demonstrate a dedication to securing and serving their customers with a wide array of service offerings available today through our Central Station platform.”

As a certified center, partners receive access to the SureVIew training program, designation as a certified partner on the company Web page, beta access to new integrations and software enhancements, as well as national sales support. Additionally, as the program develops partners will be brought together for discussions on best-in-class methods of delivering services and future developments efforts.

“As power users, these companies will be SureView’s sounding board for any next-generation features and benefits to the platform,” Brown said.
