On the Playing Field

On the Playing Field

Oh, by the way, sports is a big deal in Mexico City. Of course, futbol, is a big deal and believe it or not, Real Madrid is a favorite. Here is a very small sampling of my own survey.

Basketball. Not a favorite sport, but when the conversation gets to the hardwoods, the Lakers and Milwaukee top the list.

Hockey. Don't even think about it.

Baseball. Of course there are local teams Los Diablos, but fan favorites in the United States are Atlanta and the New York Yankees. What happened to the LA Dodgers?

Football. No question here. Dallas Cowboys.
