Vidsys Releases New Educational Videos

Vidsys, a global provider of enterprise Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) software, has launched an updated website that features a series of new videos highlighting enhanced product capabilities and market education.  The 60 second videos provide brief explanations of how Vidsys helps public and private organizations gain situational awareness and buy down risk, and the importance of the convergence of IT and physical security.

Vidsys software is refining its value proposition to move beyond traditional PSIM to a converged security solution. This is a holistic approach to risk management that combines cyber security and physical security. Vidsys integrates with big data analytics tools, social media and other intelligence inputs and correlate internal vulnerability with external threats. Vidsys software enables customers to manage multiple locations and assets – local, regional and global - through one intuitive user interface.

James I. Chong CEO & founder said, “Every business decision has a business impact so in a crisis you want to manage risk by having the most timely and accurate information possible. Vidsys presents relevant information in a map based format and its rules engine enables users to quickly access automated action plans based on the organization’s policies and procedures.”
