IDEAL Networks Releases Latest Generation of DataCENTER Software

IDEAL Networks, a global innovator in network testing, installation and management solutions, released an update to its IDEAL DataCENTER (IDC) software that allows data cable professionals using IDEAL LanTEK II and FiberTEK FDX cable certifiers to more easily manage their test data and to generate certification reports in three simple steps.

IDEAL IDC software improves on the sometimes-cumbersome task of importing and organizing test data by using a streamlined workflow and simplified user interface. Familiar ribbon toolbars, similar to Microsoft Office products, organize functions into logical groups, easing the process of generating certification reports. Professional reports are generated in 3 simple steps:

1. Enter the job details.

2. Select the logo.

3. Select the tests.

With capacity for more than 10,000 tests per job, IDC supports projects of any size - from residential systems to enterprise-class networks. Creating PDF reports is a simple two-click process and a complete project is contained in one file, further simplifying submittal of projects to clients and cabling manufacturers. In addition, IDC works with most third-party cloud data services such as Dropbox and Google Drive.
