U2 Concert Rescheduled Due to Security Risk

The band rescheduled a show in Stockholm after authorities evacuated the venue due to a security breach

A U2 concert in Stockholm, Sweden was rescheduled Sunday night after authorities evacuated Globe Arena due to a security breach, according to a report. The concert has been rescheduled for Tuesday evening.

Concert organizers reported that security personnel may not have performed security checks properly, and therefore the decision was made to evacuate the arena and search the area. Stockholm Police spokesman Kjell Nildgren said that police were investigating whether or not Swedish weapon laws had been broken, but nothing was discovered.
