San Antonio Security Guard Shoots and Kills Suspected Car Thief

The suspect tried to run the guard over with a stolen car

According to a report, a security guard shot and killed a suspected car thief in San Antonio after the suspect attempted to run the guard over. The San Antonio Police Department responded to the shooting in the 6700 block of Northwest Loop 410.

Police say the victim was trying to break into vehicles when the security guard confronted him. After the suspect entered the stolen vehicle, the security guard chased after him in a car of his own. During the chase, the guard opened fire and killed the man instantly.
