5 Students Injured in High School Stabbing
A Utah high school student stabbed five boys in the school’s locker room before stabbing himself, Tuesday, November 15, authorities said.
The incident happened around 8 a.m. at Mountain View High School in Orem, the school was placed on lockdown while the suspect was taken into custody.
The Alpine School District said in a statement that the suspect was a 16-year-old student and there was no information on the motivation for the stabbings.
The victims and the suspect were transported to area hospitals with injures ranging from critical to fair. All of the victims will survive with non-life threatening wounds.
