Hanwha Techwin Debuts New Website

Hanwha Techwin America is introducing their advanced web site (www.hanwhasecurity.com) with new and improved features to aid and enhance the visitor experience.

The new web site has a significantly improved, aesthetically clean, visual design that makes navigation simple and intuitive. User friendly upgrades include a direct product comparison feature and an attribute filtering capability for specific product category selection (IP cameras, NVRs, etc.) To further enhance the visitor experience, the new web site is packed with additional resources such as whitepapers, brochures, press releases and videos.

“The enhanced website redesign is part of an ongoing commitment to improve our customer’s experience and interaction with our company,” said Miguel Lazatin, Director of Product and Channel Marketing, Hanwha Techwin America. “The user interface and design make it easy for customers to navigate our website, and to locate important information quickly and easily including data sheets, CAD drawings, manuals and latest firmware versions.”

The new website is a responsive web design that allows desktop webpages to be viewed in various layouts based on screen size, platform and orientation. The view is optimized based on the size of the device one is using, and scales extremely well with mobile devices including tablets smart phones.

Mr. Lazatin adds, “Whether you are in the office or out in the field, our new website makes Hanwha Techwin America product resources immediately available to you.”

This new feature is now available to all Luma x20 users globally. “The Luma x20 family of surveillance solutions provides excellent image and audio capture, and with the new customer handoff feature, it now offers absolute privacy for camera feeds and recordings,” Webb said. “With notifications and integrator access controlled through the powerful OvrC remote system management platform, it’s easy for integrators to give their clients full control of their footage and then to get temporary access from the client for any troubleshooting needs.”
