SALTO Systems has appointed Kyle Bearly as National Business Development Manager Multi Family Housing.

Based in California, Kyle will develop, build and maintain sales and marketing for SALTO products throughout the United States in the multi family vertical. He reports to SALTO Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales Michael J. Mahon.

“We’re excited to have Kyle officially join the SALTO sales team, but he is not new to us as he has a great deal of experience with our products through his work with our Independent Business Partnerships,” said Mahon. “As a leading access control provider for multi family developments, SALTO is enhancing our focus on this growing vertical and we know Kyle is the right choice to lead our efforts.”

Kyle joins SALTO from Retrolock, where he served as Director of Sales. He has extensive experience in the access control industry that includes sales positions with Netronix Integration and IES Communications. He has also served in sales management for Logical Choice Technologies and Explore Digital Education, Inc.

“I’ve sold every brand of electronic lock and access control solution, but my passion has always been with SALTO,” said Kyle. “SALTO is without question the best product on the market and I’m thrilled for the opportunity to work with the SALTO team that I’ve grown to know as family over the last eight years.”

Snap One has announced its popular Luma x20 family of surveillance products now offers even greater security and privacy for home and business owners across the globe by giving them full control over integrators’ system access to view live and recorded video. According to Snap One Product Manager Derek Webb, the new “customer handoff” feature provides enhanced user control after initial installation, allowing the owners to have total privacy while also making it easy to reinstate integrator access when maintenance or assistance is required. This new feature is now available to all Luma x20 users globally. “The Luma x20 family of surveillance solutions provides excellent image and audio capture, and with the new customer handoff feature, it now offers absolute privacy for camera feeds and recordings,” Webb said. “With notifications and integrator access controlled through the powerful OvrC remote system management platform, it’s easy for integrators to give their clients full control of their footage and then to get temporary access from the client for any troubleshooting needs.”
