Ready to Hit the Floor

Today begins work on the tradeshow floor. For me, it is the biggest day of the event as people have already arrived in Dallas and are ready to see what is new, updated and the latest technology being offered.

Here are a few things to look forward to on this opening day of the show floor.

  • There are four days of innovative ideas, techniques and solutions.
  • There are a couple of very interesting keynote speakers, namely former President George W. Bush and Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks.
  • There are 16 relevant and timely focus areas.
  • The ASIS tradeshow has received 21 awards that recognize the industry's biggest achievements.
  • There will be 265 sessions in 10 exciting formats.
  • There are 362 expert speakers.
  • There are 600, maybe more, companies exhibiting on today's show floor.
  • As always, there are countless opportunities to build you professional network and reconnect with old friends.

There is plenty for all of us to do. Now, let's get to work.
