LifeSafety Power Inc., a company founded in 2009 has been acquired by ASSA ABLOY Group. The acquisition took place Sept. 5.

LifeSafety Power is an innovator and specialist in physical security and access control, creating a new category of intelligent networking power solutions that monitor and manage system connectivity across the enterprise.

Embracing technology partnerships with some of the most recognizable companies in the industry, LifeSafety Power carved a unique niche, and along the way received numerous awards for its innovation, including SIA’s New Product of the Year; Security Today magazine’s New Product of the Year; Most Valuable Product; and many others.LifeSafety Power will continue its mission to provide leading-edge enhancements and new product development in power solutions, having developed a loyal and dedicated customer base.
