Securitas Electronic Security Acquires Customer Contracts of iVerify

Ohio alarm monitoring and systems integration security company made announcement on Jan. 1

Securitas Electronic Security, Inc. (SES) has acquired the customer contracts and certain select assets of iVerify.US Inc. (iVerify). The acquisition supports Securitas’ stated strategy of building its electronic security business in North America.
