ISC West 2021 Delayed to July 19-21

Reed Exhibitions and the Security Industry Association have just announced that ISC West 2021 is now being delayed until July 19-21. It was originally scheduled from March 23-26.

The conference will still take place at the Venetian Resort and Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas.

The decision was made after “extensive internal and external consultation and monitoring of the ongoing COVID-19 virus pandemic.”

Along with an in-person conference, there will also be a virtual conference pass option.

Here’s the new schedule:

Wednesday, July 21: Women in Security/Diversity & Inclusion Breakfast and Keynote, Day 3 of SIA Education@ISC West, Day 3 of the Expo, plus a high-profile closing Keynote general session to wrap up the event

Snap One has announced its popular Luma x20 family of surveillance products now offers even greater security and privacy for home and business owners across the globe by giving them full control over integrators’ system access to view live and recorded video. According to Snap One Product Manager Derek Webb, the new “customer handoff” feature provides enhanced user control after initial installation, allowing the owners to have total privacy while also making it easy to reinstate integrator access when maintenance or assistance is required. This new feature is now available to all Luma x20 users globally. “The Luma x20 family of surveillance solutions provides excellent image and audio capture, and with the new customer handoff feature, it now offers absolute privacy for camera feeds and recordings,” Webb said. “With notifications and integrator access controlled through the powerful OvrC remote system management platform, it’s easy for integrators to give their clients full control of their footage and then to get temporary access from the client for any troubleshooting needs.”
