Gallagher Collects Double Platinum ‘ASTORS’ Award Win

Global security manufacturer, Gallagher, has announced they are the proud recipient of two Platinum American Security Today 2020 ‘ASTORS’ Homeland Security Awards. Gallagher Command Centre was awarded Best Enterprise Access Control, and their Proximity and Contact Tracing Report was awarded Best Risk, Crisis Management Product.

The Annual ‘ASTORS’ Awards is the preeminent Homeland Security Awards Program, highlighting the most cutting-edge and forward-thinking security solutions coming onto the market today.

“It’s an honor to be the recipient of these coveted Platinum awards,” said Scott Elliott, Gallagher’s vice president for the Americas. “We’re especially proud to see our Command Centre software recognized as Best Enterprise Access Control, which reflects our commitment to offering a feature-rich, highly-secure solution that meets the unique needs of sites of all sizes.

“It’s also exciting to add to the accolades for our now four-time award-winning Proximity and Contact Tracing Report, which is designed to assist organizations around the world with fast and efficient contact tracing.”

Command Centre runs at the heart of Gallagher’s enterprise access control system and allows operators to configure, manage, and report on all aspects of their system. It is the chosen platform for many of the world’s most high-consequence sites.

Developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Gallagher’s innovative Proximity and Contact Tracing Report enables organizations to quickly and accurately identify where a specified cardholder has been on site, while also identifying all other cardholders who shared an area with the contagious cardholder.
