Allied Universal® Acquires Atlanta-Based Norred & Associates, Inc.

Allied Universal® recently announced the acquisition of Norred & Associates, Inc. – an Atlanta-based full-service security firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With revenues in excess of $36 million and more than 830 employees, Norred & Associates has been providing clients with a full range of security services encompassing manned guarding, investigations, pre-employment screening and security consulting.

Since 1981, Norred & Associates has served many of Atlanta’s leading businesses, as well as numerous Fortune 500 companies in the Southeast and nationwide.
