Gallagher Welcome Three New Appointments to the Americas Team

Gallagher has announced the appointment of Andres Maurcio De La Ossa Garzon, Jason Raptis, and Leonel Urrutia within their Americas team.

Andres Maurcio De La Ossa Garzon has joined Gallagher’s Latin America team as a technical business development manager. With over six years of integrator experience supporting customers within the mining, maritime, and industrial vertical markets, Andres brings an in-depth knowledge of Gallagher’s security solutions and will be working closely with Gallagher’s Channel Partners in the Latin America region.

Jason Raptis joins Gallagher as regional sales manager for the Southwest region of the United States, based in California. Jason will play a key role in supporting Gallagher’s integrator network and customer base, building on the strong growth Gallagher has recently experienced within the Southwest.

Also based in California, Leonel Urrutia joins Gallagher as a security system engineer where he will be using his 25 years of industry and integrator experience to support Gallagher customers and Channel Partners.

“With our business continuing to grow in the Americas, we’re thrilled to be adding new roles to support our team and future aspirations,” said Scott Elliott, Gallagher’s vice president for the Americas. “The wealth of expertise Andres, Jason, and Leonel bring to our team is invaluable as we build on the leading customer experience and support we are renowned for globally.”

This new feature is now available to all Luma x20 users globally. “The Luma x20 family of surveillance solutions provides excellent image and audio capture, and with the new customer handoff feature, it now offers absolute privacy for camera feeds and recordings,” Webb said. “With notifications and integrator access controlled through the powerful OvrC remote system management platform, it’s easy for integrators to give their clients full control of their footage and then to get temporary access from the client for any troubleshooting needs.”
