Idesco Expands Product Portfolio with Visitor Management Solutions to Better Serve Customers

Idesco Corp. is announcing an expanded offering to include comprehensive Visitor Management solution. This new addition compliments its existing line of ID card solutions and allows the company to offer customers a wide array of products to implement the proper visitor management system.  With solutions from top brands such as Savance and StopWare, Idesco can now help any organization streamline the flow of visitors, increase front desk efficiency, reduce waiting times and deter threats.

Choosing the right visitor management system is critical to enhance security and automate the visitor lifecycle. Customers can now choose from multiple check-in options such as self-check-in kiosks, fully attended stations or touchless check-in, a QR code and mobile-based options. A host of different add-ons to make data capture simple are also available.

Other benefits include the ability to customize screens & hardware, configurable sign in process, automatically notify host by text, email, or popup when a visitor has arrived, and options for ID scanning, temperature check, picture capture and label printing.

“Idesco has always been on the forefront of new technology advancements and we are proud to offer our customers the latest in visitor management solutions,” states Andrew Schonzeit, president at Idesco. “We look forward to streamlining our customers’ visitor management process and helping them choose and implement the right solution to keep their employees and visitors safe.”

Idesco can now design a full visitor management solution based on a customer’s particular need. In addition to visitor management software, Idesco offers a full line of printers, passport & ID scanners, cameras, signature pads and expiring/non-expiring badges.

“We have been helping many schools, hospitals, event facilities and other large organizations get comprehensive visitor systems fully customized to their needs,” Schonzeit said. “We can now offer visitor management solutions for every industry and every budget to help create a safer world for everyone.”
