Paxton Expands Team as it Accelerates Growth in the US

Paxton Access, the global brand of electronic IP access control, video surveillance and video intercom systems, continues to expand as growth in the business continues to accelerate in the United States.

Kim Manson has joined the Paxton Inc. team as the new vice president business operations. Her role as Vice President Business Operations is new to Paxton Inc. Kim’s primary objective is to ensure that Paxton Inc. delivers on providing world class products and services to our US customers and creating a world class working environment. Her direct areas of responsibility are U.S. factory operations, IT, facilities, and human resources. She will work across the business in collaboration with the management team to ensure we are delivering an end-to-end world-class experience for our customers and our employees.

Nicola O’Donnell, Paxton’s HR director said: “Kim is an outstanding addition to our Paxton Inc. team, as she brings a dynamic blend of experience and what it takes to achieve success. She brings a great skill set which will help us develop our team across IT, our factory operations, administration and facilities to achieve even greater success for the future.”

Brian Bonser has also joined the team at Paxton Inc. as director of customer support. He comes to Paxton with a proven record of accomplishment of building and developing customer support teams for over 20 years. Most recently, he has held high-level positions at a number of excellent companies including AIG, Samsung, and Asurion.

Excellent customer support is key to Paxton’s long-term strategy and Brian’s expertise in customer relationship management plays an integral part in that strategy as Paxton’s customer base continues to grow in the US.
