Allied Universal Acquires Landmark Event Staffing Services

Allied Universal® has announced the acquisition of Landmark Event Staffing Services, a comprehensive event security and guest services company supporting a wide range of venue and event clients nationally.

“This acquisition supports Allied Universal’s growth agenda for our Event Services business which continues its trajectory expansion in the U.S.,” said Allied Universal Global Chairman and CEO Steve Jones. “The acquisition of Landmark is an example of the type of organization we want to join the Allied Universal family where culture and well-respected event service leadership and operations align with our values and goal to be the world’s best service company.”

In 2022, Allied Universal announced 13 acquisitions – eight in North America and five internationally. In 2021, Allied Universal acquired 10 companies, including G4S. These acquisitions are consistent with Allied Universal’s growth strategy and expanding international presence.
