AMAG Technology expands executive leadership team with new role

AMAG Technology, an Allied Universal CompanyⓇ, announces the hiring of Ann Marie Mansfield as the director, Commercial Excellence. The director, Commercial Excellence is a newly created role designed to develop internal and external programs, lead generation opportunities, and tools to make it easy to do business with AMAG Technology. This strategic move reflects AMAG's commitment to effectively deliver integrated solutions and enhance its customer-focused approach.

“We are excited to bring on Ann Marie in this new role,” said David Sullivan, president of AMAG Technology. “AMAG is undergoing a transformation and this position will be central to effectively delivering integrated building and business management solutions to the market. Her skillset and experience will help establish a cohesive infrastructure between product development, sales, and solutions delivery teams, with the end goal of delivering better service to our customers.”

In her new role, she will establish programs and frameworks to strengthen partnerships with system integrators and build long-lasting relationships with technology partners and customers, facilitating collaboration and mutual growth.

“I am thrilled to join the AMAG team and help develop processes that will improve the customer experience,” Mansfield said.

Mansfield has extensive experience in the security industry. She was the director of customer service at ACRE and spent over eight years working her way up from Inside Sales to the Key Accounts Global Support & Strategic Partnership Manager at LenelS2.
