Constellis Holdings Announces Appointment of Dan Gelston as CEO

Constellis Holdings has named Daniel Gelston CEO, with Terry Ryan transitioning to executive vice chairman, as the company accelerates technology-led growth focused on predictive analytics and AI-enabled security solutions.

Constellis Holdings LLC has announced Daniel Gelston has been appointed as CEO, effective immediately. Outgoing CEO Terry Ryan, will transition to the role of executive vice chairman, reporting to the Board of Directors. This planned leadership change ensures business continuity while accelerating the organization's next phase of technology-led growth.
