Exostar Appoints Amy Hogan as First Chief Information Officer

The former vice president will oversee enterprise technology strategy and platform innovation for the secure collaboration firm.

Exostar has promoted Amy Hogan to the position of chief information officer, marking the first time the company has filled the role in its 26-year history.

Hogan previously served as the vice president of enterprise systems and solutions. In her new role, she will oversee the company’s enterprise technology strategy, platform enablement and corporate IT.

Hogan is tasked with aligning technology investments to support the company’s global network, which currently serves more than 1 million active users across the aerospace, defense, life sciences and healthcare industries.

The appointment comes as the firm continues to expand its footprint as a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners. Hogan will work alongside product and engineering leadership to scale the company’s platform and implement emerging technologies.

During her previous tenure, Hogan led transformation initiatives focused on scalability and operational discipline. Her work included managing DevOps platforms, corporate IT and enterprise analytics.

As chief information officer, Hogan plans to focus on utilizing artificial intelligence to increase efficiency and insights across the company’s supply chain network.
