NAPCO Expands Sales Leadership with Four New Hires

The security solutions provider strengthens its regional presence across Florida, the Southeast, Mid-Central and Northeast territories.

NAPCO Security Technologies has announced the strategic appointment of four new regional sales managers to its sales leadership team. The expansion aims to enhance support for partners and customers across the company’s intrusion, commercial fire and access control categories.

In the Florida territory, Edwin Paiz joins the NAPCO Division as regional sales manager. Reporting to David Sperber, Paiz is tasked with driving sales growth and supporting distribution partners throughout the state.

Jason Summers has been named Southeast regional sales manager for the NAPCO Division. Also reporting to Sperber, Summers will oversee operations across the region, working with dealers and integrators to increase market share and brand visibility.

For the Mid-Central territory, Clayton Shelander assumes the role of regional sales manager within the NAPCO Division. Reporting to Troy Bonanno, Shelander will focus on sales and support for the company’s commercial fire and intrusion product lines.

Curtis Boardman joins the NAPCO Access Pro Division as the Northeast regional sales manager. Reporting to Rob Etmans, Boardman is responsible for leading sales efforts and expanding the adoption of access control solutions across the Northeast.

Stephen Spinelli, senior vice president of sales, noted that the new appointments bring the necessary experience to strengthen customer relationships and accelerate growth in these key markets.
