Emergency24 Names Melissa Hence Director of Conversions

The wholesale monitoring provider establishes a new operational role to manage expanding dealer account migrations.

Emergency24 hired industry veteran Melissa Hence to fill its newly created role of director of conversions.

The wholesale central station monitoring provider established the position to manage its expanding dealer operations and support ongoing business growth. Hence will lead the technical and operational processes required when independent security dealers and integrators transition their customer accounts into the company's monitoring environment.

The new director brings 26 years of alarm monitoring experience to the company, including a background in central station operations, account management and data accuracy. She has previously managed complex account migrations aimed at maintaining service continuity and performance for dealers.

In addition to her new corporate responsibilities, Hence serves as a director and board member for the New Jersey Electronic Security and Life Safety Association.
