ZBeta Names Payton Staub Senior Vice President

The physical security consulting firm has hired an industry veteran to lead its software and artificial intelligence initiatives.

Physical security consulting firm ZBeta has appointed Payton Staub as its new senior vice president of software and artificial intelligence.

In this new role, Staub will oversee the company's efforts to help clients navigate digital transformation and integrate emerging technologies into their security infrastructure.

Staub joins the company with a background in enterprise software development, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and security technology.

He previously served as a software development manager at Amazon Corporate Security. His prior experience includes working as a senior software development engineer for Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Web Services' machine learning platform.

Staub also founded JetStream Technologies and worked as a senior software engineer at Axon, where he contributed to the digital evidence management platform Evidence.com.
