NAPCO Reorganizes Sales Leadership to Support Product Convergence

Security manufacturer unifies sales, locking and support teams under a single strategy to drive growth across North American and global markets.

NAPCO Security Technologies Inc. has restructured its sales and support organizations under a new go-to-market strategy designed to align with converging technology solutions across its product lines.

Designed by Chief Revenue Officer Joe Pipczynski, the strategic realignment merges previously distinct sales divisions into unified teams capable of supporting the company’s entire portfolio, including fire, security, access control and door locking hardware.

Under the new structure, effective July 1, NAPCO combined its dealer-oriented fire and security team with the Napco Access Pro team. Managed by Rob Etmans, newly appointed vice president and general manager for fire, access control and security technology, the team will support products across North America alongside independent representative firms and security distributors. Elliot Bean steps into the role of vice president of distribution to oversee regional distributor relationships, supported by Sales Directors Troy Bonnano in the East and Christian Brandow in the West.

Concurrently, the company merged its Alarm Lock and Marks USA sales divisions into a single locking sales team. Led by Ray Krispin, vice president and general manager of locking sales, the group will market architectural, OEM and mobile app-managed access solutions through contract hardware and locking distributors. Chris Donohue and Lorne Landry will lead sales direction for the Eastern and Western regions, respectively.

The realignment also establishes focused groups for national accounts and international expansion. David Sperber assumes the role of vice president of the national accounts group alongside Manager Ric Gibbey, supported by Tom Karl, vice president of corporate sales. Duane Warehime returns to lead international sales and direct strategic projects.

To support the restructured sales operations, Dominic Macri was promoted to vice president of corporate customer relations, overseeing technical support, field sales engineers and inside sales operations led by David Crews, director of corporate sales operations.

Executive leadership expects the structural changes to expand brand reach across government, architectural and international sectors while strengthening dealer support network operations.
