Netwatch Names LaShonda Tenner Senior HR Business Partner

LaShonda Tenner joins proactive video monitoring firm Netwatch to drive talent acquisition and employee engagement across North America.

Security technology provider Netwatch has named LaShonda Tenner as senior human resources business partner for North America, the company announced.

In her new role, Tenner will oversee people and culture strategies across the region as the organization expands its operations. Her responsibilities include talent recruitment and development, workforce planning, employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.

Tenner brings more than a decade of human resources leadership experience across the security, facilities management and manufacturing sectors. She most recently served as human resources director at Allied Universal. Her background also includes human resources leadership positions at DS Smith, SecurAmerica and ABM Industries, with an emphasis on talent retention, succession planning and employee relations.

Netwatch specializes in proactive video monitoring and artificial intelligence-driven security services designed to prevent incidents in real time. Tenner’s appointment comes as the company continues to scale its operations to meet growing demand for AI-enabled surveillance solutions.
