The XTool laptop tracking and recovery system from Computer Security Products is undetectable and does not slow system performance. The software-based transmitter sends a virtually undetectable signal from anywhere in the world to the XTool Monitoring Server via any Internet broadband or modem connection. The signal informs of the active telephone number and/or IP address in use. In addition to hardware recovery, the product allows remote file deletion to protect confidential data.
