HID Global's R15/RP15 iCLASS® mullion-mounted reader is suited for upgrading from the MiniProx to iCLASS® (R15) or multiCLASSTM (RP15) access control readers. With mechanical and electrical backward compatibility, the mullion-mounted readers make transitioning easy. Employing the same footprint, power requirements and ease of installation as the MiniProx reader, clients can easily transition to the power, versatility and security of iCLASS with a simple installation change.

This override button is designed to provide additional assurance that the request to exit switch will open a door, even if the no-touch sensor fails to operate.
