AMAG Technology’s Symmetry Edge Network Controller provides IP distributed intelligence at the door for a complete IP-based access control solution. The controller uses PoE to provide up to 700 mA of power. The product operates as the controller but provides access control capabilities at the edge of the network. The device supports up to 50,000 credentials and 10,500 offline transactions.
