A day/night camera line has been added to Arecont Vision's expanding H.264 series, ranging from 1.3 to 5 megapixels, and is designed for applications with changing lighting conditions. Arecont’s compliant implementation of H.264 allows its MegaVideo® high-definition cameras to sustain operations while maintaining full motion progressive scan video. The H.264 compression format allows high-definition resolution quality while decreasing storage and bandwidth use by 10x on average over JPEG megapixel equivalents.

A rugged all-in-one solution, the A8V MIND (Mobile Intrusion Detection) is designed to provide flexible protection of critical outdoor infrastructure and objects.
