M/A-COM's Tech Point-to-Point Voltage Controlled Oscillator is RoHS-compliant and compatible with 260-degree reflow temperatures. It is an InGaP HBT-based voltage controlled oscillator designed for frequency generation without the need for external matching components. The oscillator can be integrated into a phase lock loop using a divide-by-two output.
