Delayed Egress Lock

The DE8310 from Rutherford Controls has a built-in sensor that detects pressure on a swinging door. The lock is available in built-in sounder, voice and CCTV monitoring combinations. The voice versions come with pre-recorded messages that provide exit instructions or a warning notifying security of an attempted forced exit. The built-in camera versions are compatible with motion-activated or continuous-recording DVRs. A red/green light panel lets security guards check a door’s status remotely.
