The Fireray 5000 from Fire Fighting Enterprises incorporates automatic gain compensation to monitor and react to environmental changes such as dust accumulation. Its auto-optimize feature automatically self-corrects, ensuring the alignment of the infrared beam with its reflective prism. The beam can be adjusted, controlled and tested annually using a low-level system controller.
