Strap Dispenser

The Model 440 cut-to-length strap dispenser from Triangle Technologies is programmed to accurately measure strap length and control automation of the cutting process. The device minimizes strap contact and exposure to sharp strap edges, reducing the possibility of lacerations and injuries. The strap dispenser comes with 110 volt AC and 80 psi air input requirements and operator controls for strap length and count in English and metric units. It accommodates steel strap widths and thicknesses from 0.375x0.015 inches to 2x0.050 inches and accepts ribbon-wound or oscillated wound coils of up to 100 lbs.
