Ultra Electronics’ new Magicard printer, the Pronto, is a compact and secure single-feed color ID card printer for instant personalization of cards. The device addresses retail, education, hospitality and recreation for customers who require card personalization. A choice of four standard security watermark designs is selectable via the driver. The lightweight printer operates with a three-color LED status indicator, a USB interface, and plug-and-play Microsoft Windows 2000, XP and Vista®-compatible software drivers.
