CelAccess Systems’ WIM1000 cellular Wiegand access controller allows any brand or type of Wiegand access control device to communicate with CelAccess’ automated control center. Features include anti-tailgating, request-to-exit force and prop-open notifications. The device functions as a reporting and alert notification system. Users can view all entry/exit transactions in real time via the CelAccess Web-based user interface. The product provides users with the ability to monitor alarm detection systems and receive notifications via e-mail or text message.

Whenever it detects movement in a specified zone, it automatically differentiates a threat from a nonthreat, and immediately notifies security staff if necessary. Person detection is carried out within a radius of 80 meters from this device. Connected remotely via a portable computer device, it enables remote surveillance and does not depend on security staff patrolling the area.
