ReconRobotics’ Recon Scout® XT throwable robot provides visual reconnaissance of indoor and outdoor environments. The robot is controlled by a joystick and transmits real-time video to the operator control unit. The 8-inch-long product features an infrared optical system that automatically turns on when ambient light is low.
