System Sensor’s FAAST (Fire Alarm Aspiration Sensing Technology) early warning fire director is designed to protect facilities from the smallest traces of smoke. The sensor uses Dual Vision sensing technology, powered by a sensitive blue LED to provide very early warning fire detection up to 60 minutes before combustion. An infrared laser is used to identify nuisances like dust that can cause false alarms and downtime.
