FLIR Systems’ F-, PT-, and SR-series high-resolution 640x480 thermal security cameras give four
times the resolution of earlier generation 320x240
products, and 16 times the resolution offered by
other thermal camera manufacturers that use
160x120 sensors. This allows security professionals
to cover the same area with fewer cameras,
lowering both acquisition and life-cycle costs. The
high-resolution imagers can be used with video
analytics to provide better image detail and range
performance, wider coverage areas and more reliable
results.
