Aptina’s 0331 HD surveillance image sensor features 1080p resolution and 60 fps in both linear and WDR modes. The 1/3-inch format sensor provides sub-1-lux, low-light performance and wide dynamic range with built-in adaptive local tone-mapping capabilities to enable surveillance camera designers to create a camera for full HD video capture in challenging environments along with H.264 encoding and IP bandwidth management. It features Aptina's A-Pix technology, which maximizes light-gathering capability to boost low-light sensitivity.
