Honeywell Fire Systems

IPGSM COM

The IPGSM-COM is a UL-listed primary fire alarm communicator that provides full Contact ID data reporting for virtually any fire alarm control panel. Using the company’s AlarmNet network, a triple-path redundancy provides connectivity for life safety systems. An IP path is used for primary communications and GPRS GSM cellular for back-up. Should GPRS be unavailable, the unit switches to SMS communications. A 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard is used to secure data traveling through each pathway.
